Chloe currently teaches Vinyasa Flow at Atlantic Reach @ 8pm, Tuesday Evenings
Yoga comes in many flavours, styles, and types. For every person, and for every stage in a person's life, there is a yoga style that will work best...
Vinyasa flow- A fun, faster paced style of yoga based on a flow through sun salutations, strengthening standing postures and seated asanas whilst linking every movement to the breath.
Ashtanga Primary Series - A traditional Yoga practice that builds sequentially in terms of flexibility and strength as you progress through the series. Ashtanga Yoga is one of the most powerful, popular and proven methods of Yoga. It involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures that produce intense internal heat and a purifying sweat that in turn detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.
Yin- A more calming &restorative style of yoga which is a delicious way to relax and soothe frayed nerves. Postures performed require bolsters, blankets, and blocks to prop students in passive poses so that the body can experience the benefits of a pose without having to exert any effort.
Pilates, as taught by Joseph Pilates, is a practice to target the core stabilising muscles. It aims to achieve a strong girdle of strength, allowing for correct body alignment and posture, and is great for any lower back pain issues or injuries.
Pilates is hailed as one of the most beneficial exercise techniques due to the clear benefits and ability to develop strength, and balance for those with varying health and fitness levels. The fantastic outcome is improved posture. With regular practice your muscles become longer and leaner and you feel and look taller. The focus on breathing adds to the sense of relaxation, leaving you feeling revitalised after a good workout.

After living in New Zealand where she gained her Pilates qualification, she followed her heart to India, the birthplace of yoga, to study and practise in order to gain her 200hour Ashtanga Yoga Alliance certification in Goa, and 300hr certification in Hatha in Rishikesh at Shiva Yoga Peeth . From years of travel and teaching around the world, Chloe has gained great valuable teaching experience through retreats and studios in Sydney, Cambodia, LA, New York, Sri Lanka, Biarritz and Tokyo.
